Hello! I'm Jess, a Makeup Artist based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
My passion for makeup began in 2013 during my time at university. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed applying makeup on myself and my friends. While I’m mainly self-taught, I’ve also earned a professional artistry makeup diploma from The Brighton Make Up School. I launched Jess Oakley Makeup in 2023 and have loved every moment since!
I specialise in bridal and occasion makeup for any event. I’m available to travel for appointments, or you can visit me at The Brow Tec salon in Eastbourne.
